Covid-19 Updates

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot of disruption and has forced business closures across the country. I wanted to outline how my shop is currently operating and what we're doing to prevent the spread of the disease.
Pixi·Enara packs and ships from home and is currently shipping orders just once a week every friday. Any orders made during this difficult time helps support the artist and are greatly appreciated.
Are you still shipping orders?
Yes, Pixi·Enara is a one-artist operation that ships packages from a home office, so it is currently still able to operate like normal.
Are shipping times affected? Can you still ship internationally?
Correos is currently experiencing delays as they work within the restrictions and transportation shortages the pandemic has created, but other than extending their delivery windows by a few days, they are still delivering mail.
Many international locations now have a significantly extended time frame for delivery. Packages can take up to 1-2 months longer to arrive than usual depending on your location, so please keep this in mind when placing an international order.
Some countries have temporarily suspended mail delivery, and thus we are unable to ship orders to those who are affected. Please check the current list here to see if your country is available before placing your order.
What are you doing for prevention?
All orders are packed by a single person that has remained in self isolation as much as possible. Items are stored and shipped from a private location that hosts no extra people. Any items that arrive from outside sources (such as restocks or supplies) are sanitized and hands are washed thoroughly before and after packing.
Will you be attending any conventions this year?
It is unlikely I will be able to attend any shows in 2021.
