Shipping & Returns

The shipment is made by CORREOS Spain. Standard shipping has no tracking number, if you would like to locate your package please select the “Tracking” option, which have a little higher cost.

US & Canada:   2-8 weeks
Europe:   2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania:   2-8 weeks
Asia-Pacific:   2-8 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean:   2-8 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East:   2-8 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa:   2-8 weeks

I will do my best to meet the estimated shipping deadlines, but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

✿ Returns

Refunds are processed if the item is damaged or the item is incorrect. Contact me with clear images of the damage within 14 days of receiving the item. I always check out the quality of each item before sending it. Items that have the wrong size or color can be changed or returned as long as you can pay for return shipping. Items can only be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

We are sorry we won't be able to made a refund if tracked shipping isn't chosen at purchase and the order get lost.

Contact me if you want to exchange an item. Items must be in the original state. An item received late, a slight color difference or a change of mind will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
