✿ When will my order be shipped?

My normal processing time was 3 business days (that doesn't include Saturday or Sunday), but with this covid situation it may be between two natural days to a week. Items are made to order and will be shipped via Correos (Spain post) in a protective envelope.

 

✿ When are orders sent out?

Orders are sent out every week on Friday! 

 

✿ When will my order arrive?

The following are estimates for mail delivery with Correos (Spain post). This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect mail volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates!

Europe ⇢ 4-30 business days
International ⇢ 4-40 business days

✿ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship all over the world 🌎

 

✿ Shipping prices/options?

During the checkout process you will be shown two different shipping options! Choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. Note that shipping options without the word “tracking” in it will not include tracking. 

 

✿ Does shipping include tracking?

If you choose the cheaper shipping option it will not include tracking! If you would like tracking to be included please choose the shipping option with the word tracking in it!

 

✿ My order never arrived, what can be done?

If your order doesn't include tracking and you haven't received it within the estimated delivery time, I will ask you to wait an additional 14 business days. 9 out of 10 times orders have turned up when I've asked buyers to wait a little longer. Just keep in mind there is always the possibility of delays occuring, especially around holidays.
If your order still doesn't arrive after the additional 14 business days, please let me know and I'll do my best to work it out with you!
If your order did include tracking and was marked delivered but you never received it, please check in with your local postal service and they might be able to help you find it. If you still cannot find it please contact me and I can look into it further!

✿ Why my item is not shipped yet?

Maybe you made your purchase on Friday or Thursday evening, every order placed after 6pm CET on Thursday will ship on Friday of the following week.

✿ The item I received was damaged/defective.

If you received a damaged/defective product please let me know right away! I will usually work out a replacement/refund with the customer as long as I am provided with image proof of damage/inconsistencies. Sometimes things slip through the cracks and I might accidentally send off a product that isn't the quality I usually deliver, or something can get damaged in the shipping process. Regardless of the situation I am always very happy to help you with your order if there are any problems!

 

✿ Do you accept returns and exchanges?

I do not do returns or exchanges! If you have an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged please contact me through email (pixienaraart@gmail.com) so we can find a solution!

Colours may appear differently on screen compared to the physical product so please keep that in mind when ordering.

 

 ✿ I gave you the wrong shipping address! What to do?

If you ordered recently, please contact us right away by responding to your order receipt and give us the correct address. If we haven't mailed it yet we can change the address before doing so.

 

✿ Can I combine the orders?

If they haven't shipped yet, yes. Please contact us right away so we can combine the orders and refund the difference in shipping cost.

 

✿ Are your products free of allergens?

Yes! The metal used in all our earrings is surgical stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and nickel free.

The one we use on the pins is copper and has a rubber pin back. Please avoid with this if you are allergic to latex.

 

✿ Do you make customized products?

We're not taking commissions right now, but we're working on a page with all the prices and conditions.

 

 ✿ Do you offer wholesale of your products?

At this moment we are not offering wholesale. But please check back later or contact us to be notified when we are offering it again.

 

✿ Are there any active coupon codes?

All promos and active codes are posted on Instagram or Twitter. If you do not see anything recently posted on social media, then there is no active promotion or code at the time.
